Whilst Les' face-to-face services are primarily targeted to businesses located in Sydney, Newcastle, and the Central Coast he delivers most of his services remotely and typically only needs to visit a client's premises when installing new equipment that can't be configured remotely or when the client would like a face-to-face meeting.

Les provides Audit services, Design services and Help Desk services such as telephone support, remote support, and system administration. He can also perform schedule maintenance tasks such as reviewing backups, disk utilisation, and installing Operating System and Application updates.

Les can also provide Development services and has considerable experiencing creating e-mail-based communications such as newsletters or marketing e-mails, along with considerable experience in building and maintaining ASP.NET based websites. Les also has experience with building and maintaining WordPress and PHP based websites.

Please Note: Les does not provide services to consumers as his services are targeted towards the needs of SOHO, small and medium sized businesses.

If you need help with your Windows, macOS or Linux/Unix based desktops, laptops, notebooks, and servers or with your networking or Internet access then Les is more than capable of assisting you.

Les has considerable experience with computer hardware and peripherals which he has gained through building, installing, and servicing computer hardware and peripherals over the past 35 years.

Les has over 35 years of experience in supporting computers, servers and networks running CPM, DOS, Windows, Windows Server, macOS, SCO Xenix, SCO Unix, and other PC based Unix environments such Linux and BSD.

Les also has considerable experience with telecommunications products which he has gained through installing and maintaining telephone systems, VoIP systems, routers, firewalls, and wireless networks over the past 35 years.

Discounted Service Charges

Les offers a Discounted Service Charges to those clients that have negotiated a support arrangement with Les whereby Les is the sole provider of IT/ICT support services to their business.

Les' Standard Service Charges apply to clients who use Les' IT/ICT consulting and/or support services but engage other IT/ICT providers to provide IT/ICT support services to their business.

IT/ICT Consulting - Business Hours

These rates are applicable to provision of IT/ICT consulting provided by telephone, video conference or e-mail during our standard business hours of 8:00am to 6:00pm Mon-Fri excluding NSW Public Holidays.

Hourly Rate

$100.00 Excluding GST per hour billed per 15 minutes or part thereof.

On-Site IT/ICT Consulting - Business Hours

These rates are applicable to provision of IT/ICT consulting which is provided at a location other than our premises during our standard business hours of 8:00am to 6:00pm Mon-Fri excluding NSW Public Holidays.

On-Site IT/ICT Consulting Fee

$175.00 Excluding GST. Includes first hour or part thereof.

Hourly Rate

$125.00 Excluding GST per hour billed per 15 minutes or part thereof.

Travel Charges

First 30 minutes of travel time is included in On-Site IT/ICT Consulting Fee.

Subsequent travel time will be charged at $100.00 Excluding GST per hour billed per 15 minutes or part thereof.

Telephone and E-Mail Support - Business Hours

These rates are applicable to telephone and e-mail support requests received during our standard business hours of 8:00am to 6:00pm Mon-Fri excluding NSW Public Holidays.

Telephone and E-Mail Support - After Hours

These rates are applicable to telephone and e-mail support requests received outside of our standard business hours.

Remote Support - Business Hours

These rates are applicable to services that are performed remotely from our premises during our standard business hours of 8:00am to 6:00pm Mon-Fri excluding NSW Public Holidays or after hours at our discretion.

Note: To remotely access a client computer or server Les uses RemoteToPC.

If RemoteToPC is not already installed on a computer or server that Les needs to access to provide support, then Les will guide you through installing RemoteToPC on the computer or server. Once RemoteToPC is installed it will remain installed on the computer or server to facilitate the provision of ongoing support.
